Qualified Beauty Therapist & Diploma in Business Graduate

As a previous salon owner and business growth mentor, Kara has been exactly where you are. She took a brand new salon at the age of 21 and turned it in to a 7 Figure Salon which run completely without her. Now, Kara assists salon owners just like you, with her VA support team and coaching services.

As someone who has been in your shoes, I completely understand what it's like to feel like there's so much to do, but little time and resources to do it! And let's face it, sometimes, those tasks can be things you just don't like to do or even know how to do!

If you don’t have a large team or managers in your business to help support you, the never ending list of priorities can be pushed to the side. If I had known about Virtual Assistants when I had my business, I would have jumped at the opportunity. I often hear though, that one of the biggest concerns when hiring a VA is that they just don’t understand the industry!

That’s where The Beauty Boss VA comes to the rescue. Not only are your projects overseen by our founder Kara, our team of VA’s all have experience in the Hair or Beauty Industry. So we get hair and we get skin!

FAQs

Can I change my bundle?

You can either cancel your bundle with 14 days notice or upgrade at any time to a bundle that suits your business needs. We will require payment for the current month to be completed before the subscription can be ended. Please contact hello@thebeautybossva.com if you wish to make any changes to your subscription at any time.

 

Can I make edits or changes to my VA projects?

We will allow one revision per item, however if additional edits or changes are required, there will be an additional service fee charged at $55 per hour and invoiced separately before the items will be released.

 

When does my first month commence?

Your implementation of work will commence after all your onboarding has been completed. The first two weeks will allow us to ensure we know and understand your brand. The first two weeks payments are to cover this time. We will use this time to create your templates and implementation of your first month will commence only once your onboarding is complete. It’s essential we receive as much branding information from you in this time. All content needs to be sent to us for customisation no later than 7 days after sign up to ensure we have enough time to customise your projects. If sufficient time is not received for this, we will create generic content for you.

 

Is my fee refundable if I pay in full and need to cease work?

Yes, we will provide a refund for the balance remaining of the weeks or months which have not yet been completed. We can not refund the amount of the time already completed as our team has already provided the services for this period of time. If you are on a weekly payment plan, we can cease your subscription with 14 days notice or the end of the month, depending on which arrives first. If you have active facebook ads, it’s important to request us to stop your ads, however if we do not receive the request in writing, you will need to cancel them yourself. The cost of your facebook ads campaigns are the sole responsibility of you. We do not include funding for your ads campaigns in our bundles.

 

Can I cancel my subscription?

If you need to cancel your subscription please email us at least 14 days prior to doing so. We will aim to be as accomodating as possible for any unforeseen circumstances, however we do also need to ensure the current month is paid up to date before cancelling.
